Photoshoot Terms & Conditions
- Full privacy of your photoshoot will be guaranteed unless the model and photographer agree to publish media online through a signed contract
- All photos for selection by the model will be delivered via a secured digital transfer in low resolution with a watermark
- All retouched photos will be delivered via a secured digital transfer in high resolution without watermark
- All prices include VAT and travel costs in Belgium
- The date and location for the photoshoot will be agreed and communicated at least 2 weeks before the photoshoot
- The rights of the photos and videos remain the intellectual property of Dirk Christiaens, the photographer
- The above packages can be bought via my webshop and require full payment before the photoshoot. An invoice will be provided
- Photoshoot cancellations will not be reimbursed, but the photoshoot can be rescheduled to a later date if notified at least 2 weeks in advance. All payments are final
- Additional retouched photos chosen by the model/agency outside the package will be invoiced additionally at 25 euro/photo
- A professional printed photo book can be ordered at an additional price.
